Just want to make sure I keep record of these last two months so this is a little old sorry..
In December we had two trips to the ER- Due to fevers, The first visit Carson was symptom free and just had a high fever, but these are the scary fever's so we headed right up to the ER and did all the usual tests. This was the same day he had a scheduled LP as well as IV chemo, it really makes me wonder if the fever was related to the trauma from all his little body had to endure that day. FYI-Going up to PCMC twice in the same day makes for a very ornery Mommy. UGH!
The next fever (8 days later) was a fever with cold symptoms and so again-we headed up to the ER, did antibiotics, cultures, urine test, etc..etc.. the cold subsided a few days later and we were back to normal until Jan 1st (7 days later)when Carson came down with yet a third fever. This time he had minor cold symptoms and again we did the same routine of PCMC ER, antibiotics, cultures, chest x-ray, urine sample...All three times thankfully everything came back clean & with good counts he was right back home. He just seems to keep catching yucky colds, it's winter time I guess that's the way it goes. yuck!
We have been doing really well other then all these yucky seasonal colds. We are happy to say that we are now 10 months into Maintenance!! Yay!

Ugh! Boo on fevers and sickness and winter. I am so over it. :) Glad (?), sad (?) to know we weren't the only ones making biweekly treks to the ER with fevers.

And hooray - 10 months into maintenance??! Awesome!!!
