Tribute to Jodi and Hyrum

I just wanted to take a minute to praise Jodi and Hyrum. I have been so impressed with the truly selfless devotion, patience, absolute love and unwavering dedication. Every minute of every day either Jodi or Hyrum is by Carson's side. Their television is devoted most of the day to Sesame Street, Caillou, and Diego. Sometimes even football games come second to cartoons. Golf days are few and far between, and shopping and girls days out are put on hold and any together outings are a thing of the past. Hyrum is working long hours and while Hyrum is at work Jodi is completely housebound, except for weekly, sometimes twice a week visits to Primary Children's Hospital, which consists of waiting for hours to receive Chemo or Blood Transfusions, or waiting while Carson is in surgery. Carson is getting the very best care and attention imaginable. It has been very hard with Carson being so little and not being able to communicate very well his needs, how he is feeling, where he is hurting, or if he's just feeling grumpy about all the unimaginable things his little body is having to endure, but they have been very patient and attentive to every need. Carson is truly lucky to have such adoring parents and it will be because of Jodi and Hyrum's dedication and Carson's "can't keep me down" attitude and strength that they will kick this Cancer's butt!!!
